Cicero-North Syracuse Hands Athens First Loss Of Season

CICERO, N.Y. - Class AAA Cicero-North Syracuse scored twice in the first 2 1/2 minutes of the game, and cruised to a 9-1 win over Athens here Saturday in non-league girls soccer action.

"It was a tough match versus a quality opponent," said Athens coach Rich Pitts, whose team suffered its first loss of the season.
