SHICKSHINNY, Pa. - Abby Burgess won two events to lead the Athens girls to a fourth-place finish at the Northwest Rangers Track & Field Invitational here Friday.

SAYRE - Seniors Abby Burgess and Alex Thompson led the Athens girls and boys, respectively, to wins over North Penn-Mansfield and Sayre in an NTL track & field tri-meet here on a frigid Tuesday afternoon at the Lockhart Street Bowl.

CANTON - Athens senior Abby Burgess and Sayre Hudson Malanoski earned the only first-place finished for Valley athletes Thursday at the Ron Kirby Classic Relays, with both Athens teams recording top-four finishes in track & field action.

SAYRE - Senior Ryan Cook was a quad-winner to lead Athens to wins over Northeast Bradford and Sayre here Tuesday afternoon in NTL boys track & field action at Alumni Stadium.

ATHENS - Athens sophomore Patrick Umber won a pair of individual events, and junior Ryder Morley and seniors Chase Ingram and Brendan Comstock each won one event, but Wellsboro came out on top in the NTL boys track & field quad meet here Wednesday at Alumni Stadium.
