Wellsboro Edges Athens, 1-0

WELLSBORO - David Seeling collected a loose ball off a direct kick, and scored the game’s only goal with 16:29 remaining in the game to lift Wellsboro to a 1-0 win over Athens here Monday night in NTL Large School Division boys soccer action.
"I'm very proud of the boys tonight," said Athens coach Jake Lezak.
"We will get ready for the next match and see if we can get some offense going against a tough Elmira team," he added. "The good news is we have four days to train."
