Troy Rides Fast Start To 58-23 Win Over Athens

TROY - Troy raced out to a big lead early, and enjoyed a good shooting night on its way to a 58-23 win over Athens here Thursday night in NTL Large School Division boys basketball action.
The Trojans shot 50 percent from the field, and made all 10 of its free-throw attempts in the win.
Joseph Frye knocked down a pair of 3-pointers for the Trojans, while Jack Burbage and Lincoln Chimics each scored four points and Spencer Martin drained a 3-pointer to fuel a 19-4 first-quarter blitz.
