ATHENS - Northeast Bradford built an 11-point lead through the first three quarters in a 55-47 win over Athens here Friday night in NTL boys basketball action.
Junior Lucas Schultz knocked down a 3-pointer and scored five points in the first quarter, but Northeast Bradford led 10-9 after the opening eight minutes.
Senior Eli Hobday and junior Kam Wheeler canned 3-pointers in the second quarter, but NEB extended its lead with a 13-11 advantage in the stanza, and led 23-20 at the halftime intermission.
