Athens Grad Courtney Takes Reigns At United Training Facility

ATHENS - Two-time PIAA wrestling champion and NCAA National Qualifier Brian Courtney, a 2017 Athens grad, is still working the mats, but now he owns them, as in the United Training Facility, located here on Main Street.
United is a training facility and its mission statement states it "exists to unite wrestlers from across our region in pursuit of excellence on and off the mat."
Courtney, along with his wife Grace, recently took the reins from United founder Dave Patrick of Wyalusing, who will still be involved as a coach.
