Wanck, Comstock Both Win Silver Medals At Day 1 Of Class 3A Championships

MILTON - Junior Graham Wanck and senior Brenden Comstock each won silver medals at Day 1 of the District 4, Class 3A Boys Track & Field Championships here Thursday at Milton High School.
Athens is in third place with 21.5 points, while Shikellamy sits atop the standings with 74 points, and Williamsport is second with 48.
Graham Wanck placed second in the 3,200-meter run in a time of 9:45.01, while senior Parker Wanck was ninth in 10:28.71, and junior Alex Arcesi was 13th in 11:06.08.
Comstock placed second in the discus with a toss of 145-feet, 1-inch, and junior Hayden Bartlow was 13th in 111-feet, 9-inches.
