SHICKSHINNY, Pa. - Abby Burgess won two events to lead the Athens girls to a fourth-place finish at the Northwest Rangers Track & Field Invitational here Friday.

SAYRE - Seniors Abby Burgess and Alex Thompson led the Athens girls and boys, respectively, to wins over North Penn-Mansfield and Sayre in an NTL track & field tri-meet here on a frigid Tuesday afternoon at the Lockhart Street Bowl.

CANTON - Athens senior Abby Burgess and Sayre Hudson Malanoski earned the only first-place finished for Valley athletes Thursday at the Ron Kirby Classic Relays, with both Athens teams recording top-four finishes in track & field action.

SAYRE - Senior Abby Burgess and sophomore Alissa Vough were triple-winners to lead Athens to wins over Sayre and Northeast Bradford here Tuesday afternoon in NTL girls track & field action, and Sayre senior Emma Cole was a double-winner.

ATHENS - Wellsboro won 10 events to record wins over Athens, Canton, and Sayre in a quad meet here Wednesday afternoon in NTL girls track & field action at Alumni Stadium.
